This café is based on Jamaica's presence "on the world stage in sports", particularly when our home-grown boys made their debut as the Caribbean's first bobsledding team.  Besides the flat screen televisions typically found in sports bars and grills around the world, Bobsled Café personifies the colourful and vibrant atmosphere that is common in the Jamaican culture. The menu features an array of dishes from local favorites to an exotic touch of international flavors including sumptuous breakfast dishes such as: Ackee and Saltfish, Jamaican Bobsledder Wings, Island Spiced Curry Goat.  To top it off, this is also the home of the World Famous Brooklyn Pizza. The chefs have added their special twist to the pizzas from a caramelised onion and goat cheese to a shrimp scampi pizza.  At the end of the Bobsled culinary journey, the menu introduces a sumptuous signature bread pudding that is served warm covered with a delicious banana rum sauce. The bartenders have created signature drinks that mirror the Bobsled sport such as "Crash 'n Go," "Head Crasher," "Rasta Relaxer" and the popular "Gold Medal" that features a generous pour of genuine Jamaican Appleton rum, crème de banana with pineapple juice.
