INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS TERMINAL EXPANSION & RENOVATION DESIGN SANGSTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT REFERENCE NUMBER: RFP# 01022018

MBJ Airports Limited, operator of Sangster International Airport (MBJ), invites proposals from suitably qualified consulting firms to provide Aviation Planning, Architectural, Engineering and Interior Design services for the EXPANSION AND RENOVATION OF THE TERMINAL AT THE SANGSTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Scope of Works: The works will consist of the following activities:
- To review airport documentation inclusive of the Airport’s Master Plan in consultation with MBJ;
- To prepare Conceptual, Schematic and Detailed designs for the Terminal expansion in keeping with the plan.
- (Details of the scope elements are outlined in the RFP document.)
Date of Pre-proposal Meeting & Site Visit: March 15, 2018 with the following schedule:
From 10:00 A.M to 12:00 noon at the Airport
- Tenders will be made available: March 5, 2018
- Tender Submissions deadline: April 17, 2018
Firms interested in participating in the proposal must obtain a copy of the RFP. If they will be attending the pre-proposal meeting, they should so indicate by sending an e-mail on or before March 13, 2018 confirming who will be in attendance. This should be sent to:
